Champions the rights of PWDs as advisors to both Government and private sector as well as the disabilities sector partners about issues on disabilities
Monitors the Implementation of the Act by:

- Conducting Accessibility Audits including inspection of Buildings to ensure the environment is barrier free
- investigation of complaints about discrimination against PWDs
- providing Legal Assistance to PWDs for matters of discrimination
