The Manager of Client Care and Information is responsible for providing essential services to persons with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This manager also ensures that clients are provided with accurate, timely, and relevant information regarding available services and benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Client Care team, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about JCPD services and assist with the application processes.
  • Develop and maintain client care protocols to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain a database of client feedback and service requests.
  • Conduct training for staff on customer service best practices.
