The Manager of Access, Compliance, and Investigation ensures that persons with disabilities have equal access to services, and investigates complaints of non-compliance with the Disabilities Act and related policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the investigation of complaints related to discrimination or lack of access for persons with disabilities.
• Ensure compliance with disability laws and regulations.
• Work closely with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote accessibility.
• Conduct audits of public facilities to ensure they meet accessibility standards.
• Provide training and guidance on accessibility and compliance issues.
