The Manager of Policy, Research & Project Management is responsible for developing and managing projects and policies that align with JCPD’s strategic goals. This position involves conducting research, analyzing trends, and creating policies that advocate for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead research efforts to understand the needs of persons with disabilities.
• Develop policies that promote inclusion and accessibility.
• Oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met.
• Prepare detailed reports and proposals for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of policies and projects to ensure effectiveness.
