Dr. Christine Hendricks

The Executive Director is the head of the JCPD and is responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and leadership of the organization. This individual represents JCPD in dealings with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the JCPD in its mission to promote the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and policies.
• Oversee all operational functions of the organization, including financial management, HR, and service delivery.
• Build partnerships with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
• Report to the Board of Directors and ensure accountability and transparency in all activities.
