The Jamaica Council for Persons with Disabilities (JCPD) is the national agency responsible for implementing policies and programmes that promote the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities. We empower individuals through skills training, economic opportunities, and collaborative partnerships with both government and non-governmental organisations. JCPD is committed to delivering quality services that support the independence, development, and dignity of persons with disabilities across Jamaica.
