The Medical Grant (MG) refers to financial assistance offered by the JCPD to its registered clients to assist in offsetting expenses for medical procedures, surgeries, lab work, diagnostics, medications, prescriptions, and therapies. This grant offers a maximum amount of Three Hundred Thousand Jamaican Dollars (JMD 300,000) per applicant.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Be registered with the JCPD.
2. Provide proof of need by way of a letter/report from their doctor.
3. Provide an invoice with details of the item/service required.
4. Provide proof of part payment in the form of a receipt or confirmation of a payment plan from the supplier.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Persons with disabilities or Caregivers of Persons with disabilities registered with the JCPD who are faced with insurmountable financial medical expenses.
